Centre of Reconciliation

In France, a network of churches (the Centre of Reconciliation) helps asylum-seeking minors—especially those waiting many months for their age to be legally recognized—by providing housing, school enrollment, and administrative support. They launched “School without Borders” for children who can’t access formal schooling, with 20 volunteer teachers giving classes in French, math, history, geography, and computing.

Action Emploi Réfugiés (AERé), part of Groupe SOS, helps refugees, people with subsidiary protection, and stateless people integrate into the job market.
